PLCG wins the UKAC Club Challenge Trophy and UKAC 144MHz Club Trophy 2025

The final results of the 2025 RSGB UKAC Contests are published.

Having won the Local Section in 2023 and 2024, Parallel Lines CG entered the General Club section this year, allowing some of their alumni members to contribute to the team effort, and in doing so managed to push Northern Fells, who have won this section for the last four years, down into second place. PLCG therefore now have both the 2025 UKAC Club Challenge Trophy as overall winners and the 2025 UKAC 144MHz Club Trophy for their performance in the 2m event to add to their trophy cabinet.

Individually PLCG ended with 4 of their members in the top five places and another two in the top ten.  Pete G4CLA secured the G4DEZ Award as the overall winner. Mark EI3KD was the 2^nd highest-placed non-UK entrant only 54 points behind 2st place! John G3SQQ entered all events this year and Carl G0NZI still has hasn’t missed a single event since 2022
